Purple Ivy is a booking and studio platform for beauty businesses. Customers may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages from Purple Ivy during the public booking process.

The SMS consent checkbox appears on the client information step of the public booking flow (after the customer enters a valid phone number). Customers can complete a booking without opting into SMS. Consent is not required to purchase or book services.
